Middle school is an important training ground for high school. This is the time to instill the necessary habits needed to accomplish high school successfully and with resilience. Middle school, at the state level, does not have a detailed graduation plan in place with the state like high school does, but it offers students the time to build their abilities. Creating strong study habits, managing a full load of courses, progressing math skills, and advancing language arts knowledge will place students in the best possible position to succeed in high school. They will arrive at freshman year prepared and with a tool set for lifelong learning.
what about PE in middle school?
At GPA-NB, we do not offer Physical Education classes. If you wish to have your middle school student participate in PE, this class will have to be done as a homeschool student. This is handled exactly like high school PE at GPA-NB. We have two resources that we can refer families to described in the “What about PE?” button from our Academic Corner landing page. Please use the shortcut below to go there now.
